We worked with Infodrom in Logo ERP project started in 2007 and completed in a short time. It was inevitable to work with an experienced and expert consulting firm in the project we planned in order to standardize stock and goods management, purchasing, sales and distribution functions and to have a better operational management.
UĞUR was established as a group company depended to Ziylan Group in 1994. It has world-wide famous brands in its range. It is the main wearing manufacturer and distributor in Turkey.
After getting manufacturing and distributing license of Disney brand in 2002, branding started. UĞUR became the manufacturer company getting Dockers by Gerli brand’s distribution right at first, then getting licensed manufacturing right. It adjoined brands to its range as Action Man and Sindy in 2004, Spiderman in 2005, Winx in 2006 and Flogart in 2007. Sales are directly done to retail points. UĞUR INC. CO. has a wide network in all domestic regions. It provides goods shipment to all main wearing shops with the sales team constituted of 1 Sales Manager, 1 Regional Sales Manager and 15 Regional Sales Coordinator.
FOREIGN TRADE OPERATION MANAGEMENT
The project rendered receiving reports with different currencies and various levels while getting the integrated process from purchasing to pricing function faultlessly within the business.
COLLECTING ORDERS IN THE FAIRS WITH HAND TERMINALS
Uğur Foreign Trade Co. attends the fairs done in two times a year and collects orders in shoe exhibitions. Before the application of the project, orders used to be collected written and manually transferred and registered to the centre. The project letting orders to be collected by hand terminals and transferred to Logo program prevented mis-collecting orders and mis-pricing.
MODIFICATION IN RUNNING ACCOUNT RISK FOLLOW-UP
The Project provided Uğur Foreign Trade with ability to follow risk in detail.
We worked with Infodrom in Logo ERP project started in 2007 and completed in a short time. In this regard, for us, Infodrom was a successful consulting firm providing consulting support and information transfer in the project process. We were supported by Infodrom not only during the project process but also after passing to live-use of the program.
