Sampaş, established in 1981, is the first company started to develop software besides support services.

Sampaş, the first establishment producing software by using fourth generation programming language has trained businessmen and operators more than 20.000 up to now. Thanks to business partnership continuing with leading companies more than 10 for many years up to now, Sampaş has the successful business cooperation with more than 600 municipalities in Turkey. Sampaş, developing solutions for municipal management preferred Logo Tiger program for use of accounting and preferred an Infodrom modification Inforder B2B product to control mobile salesmen’s expenses and to process quickly.   
In the project, Infodrom consulters set project planning, project cost tracing, finance, purchasing and sales system with Logo Tiger program.
Infodrom realized such applications as setting tracing project cost, finance, and purchasing, sales system within the company and did implementation studies in the period from live-use up to support stage.
As Sampaş, we recognized that we needed to go beyond the system we used to use in order to control working process of all of our departments, to apply a much more effective stock management and project management, to receive financial reports and to speak in a common language within the company.
In result of our research and comparisons to rival companies’ products, we decided on Logo Tiger product. We were aware of the importance and role of a consulting company in the projects since we, ourselves, realize long term software projects in municipalities. Similarly after the negotiations and various researches we made a decision to work with Infodrom.

We got along with Infodrom since they had solution experiences in various sectors, had a team with knowledge and ability to adapt our energy.

After the step of implementing Logo Tiger and Logo Tiger Employee Payroll data to our company, in a second phase, we needed a B2B system working integrated with ERP system for our staff to enter their expenses through internet. We also had an opportunity to realize this project with Infodrom’s successful Project Management.

We are provided to trace monthly and annual financial reports quickly and reliably by structuring stock and tracking list of goods on the system correctly.

Since Sampaş is a project firm, it was very important to watch the project costs instantly in order to figure out the reasons for deviations. The study done for this aim provided to trace costs using Logo Project Management Module.

ONLINE EXPENDITURE TRACING AND LOGO INTEGRATION

In the 2nd phase application, Inforder product, working online, is implemented in a way working integrated with Logo, and provided to process as service invoice taken to Logo Tiger program after confirmation of expenditure items entered to system within a confirmation mechanism.

·This system provided expenses to be passed through Inforder B2B and 50 project staff to enter their expenses through internet and follow their running account online.

· Control mechanism is provided by tracing confirmation mechanism in expenditure.
· By setting a healty background, project expenses can be followed in separate items.
· Logo Employee Payroll program has been activated and; factor credits and employee transactions can be traced.
