What is Infoware?
Stock houses are places with busy activities of goods. In modern IT systems, collecting data belonging to goods activities in stock houses and keeping them is a vital process. It is very essential to collect data fast and accurately.
InfoWare is a Logo-integrated barcode supported stock management software. You can easily follow the movements of a product with barcode through InfoWare program. You can keep product movements in computer environment fast and properly with InfoWare working in hand terminals even if you are at the most far corner in your stock house.
With InfoWare, product movements are recorded in Logo. System work accordingly with barcode and serial number information. In addition, you can get benefit from superior reporting options with Logo products.

 What are the General Features?
Warehouse Transfer Module

Warehouse transfer module provides creating warehouse card for products read among the warehouses defined in Logo. After choosing transfer and delivery warehouses from hand terminal, the product barcodes are read and the process is realized.
Parameters valid in Logo warehouse parameters are applied one to one. For instance, in case that negative stock level, hand terminals will not record if there is a negative activity.

Outage Module

Outage module provides products read with hand terminal to be transferred as outage card into Logo.
Parameters valid in Logo warehouse parameters are applied one to one. For instance, in case that negative stock level, hand terminals will not record if there is a negative activity.

Return from Store Module

Supplying demand method provides return of the product dispatched to store with warehouse transfer card. Return can be either from the same or different store or warehouse.
By return reasons defined to special activity code of warehouse transfer card, return reason data can be entered while returning the product with hand terminal.

Dispatching to Store Module (Supplying Demand)

Through demand management module, demands of stores of stock houses entered to Logo can be met with warehouse transfer card.
In order to meet demand, meeting type must be” warehouse transfer” and confirmation option must be” confirmed”.
Meeting demands are realized by listing the demand of stores / stock houses in the hand terminals.

 Goods Receiving Module

Goods receiving module provides transferrable purchase orders to be entered to Logo by hand terminals.
Purchase orders entered to Logo can be found in hand terminals in three ways.

1. Order number can be typed manually or by reading barcode which will be written on the form.
2. All confirmed orders can be listed by entering date range.
3. Running accounts can be found by searching with “*” joker character. While all running accounts can be listed by searching with “*” character, when we search with “PER*”, we can list all running account starting with “*” character. Commanding “list” after choosing running account, we can also list waiting orders.

After purchase order found, barcode reading is done and products in the order get read. The application gives warning when a product not taking place in the order read or when ordered product read more than the quantity of order.

Purchase Return Module

After choosing account, products to be returned are chosen by reading barcodes. In this point, return price information in the invoice can be entered. After entering data, it is transmitted to Logo as purchase return waybill or return bill.

Sales Return Module

After choosing account, products to be returned are chosen by reading barcodes. In this point, return price information in the invoice can be entered. After entering data, it is transmitted to Logo as purchase return waybill or return bill.

Stocktaking Module

Stocktaking module provides availability for stocktaking by barcode reading of the products defined in Logo through hand terminals.
Stock lack and overage cards are transferred to Logo by controlling the actual quantity in Logo and quantity read by hand terminal. Not only we can transfer the results directly to Logo, but also we can transfer to Excel before transferring to Logo, and thus it is possible examine the results and make changes manually.
