Bahçıvan Food preferred Logo Unity ERP Program, Corporate Resource Planning Software.

Bahçıvan Food, a leading company in Milk products of Turkey (White cheese, yellow cheese, butter and Industrial Products) preferred Logo Unity Program to integrate its production processes with its software.

Unity project that started at the beginning of 2002 enabled us to follow Finance, Accounting, Trade and Logistic, Fixtures Management, Production Processes, Cost Accounting and Human Resources processes as a result of almost 6-moths work.

Application Role

Infodrom consulters performed all implementation works including the installation of Production Planning and Cost Accounting structure in the company in relation to project and supported stage after actual usage.

• Thanks to cost accounting control, all stages were planned and active costs were reported
• Campaign cards were defined and profitability analyses were made in relation to campaign
• The process from supplying raw material to product delivery was monitored in the system
• Free product calculation and following was provided.
• Controlling mixed package scenarios was provided.
• Each stage of the product became easy to be monitored in the system.
